You've done your usual thorough analysis, Christian, on a vital fact of life in the Networked World.

As flex time and virtual teamwork become more common, and the technologies to accomodate the phenomena are developed, the evolution of social skills that build community and enable communication will have to have to keep pace with those technologies.

Improvisation, that most flexible of disciplines, one that can move at the speed of thought, can keep pace with the technology of the social web. And it brings the absolutely essential ingredient of emotion to our communication.
